Protech are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to perform work with our Asphalt Client located in Eagle Farm on a 12 month maternity leave contract.

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Starting June 2024
• 12 Month Maternity Contract with the possibility of extension
• Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide Office Support & Receptionist Duties
• Travel and Accommodation bookings
• Ordering and Maintaining PPE and Kitchen Stock
• Maintain a Safe and Clean work environment
• Data Entry and Inbox Monitoring

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organise, initiate, and follow through.
• Experience in administration or receptionist roles is preferred.
