Protech is currently seeking experienced Roller Operators for multiple civil projects across the South Brisbane region. If you have strong experience with rollers and a passion for high‑quality work, we want to hear from you.
What’s on Offer
- ✔ Immediate starts available
- ✔ Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- ✔ $42–$46 per hour (based on experience)
- ✔ Penalties after 7.6 hours + daily travel & meal allowance
- ✔ Opportunity to work across major road, subdivision, and infrastructure projects
About the Role As an experienced Roller Operator, you will:
- Operate rollers safely and efficiently on active civil worksites
- Carry out daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
- Follow all site safety procedures, traffic plans, and project specifications
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members
- Assist with general civil labouring tasks when required
What We’re Looking For
- Construction White Card
- Proven experience operating rollers in civil construction
- Current RII Roller ticket
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong safety focus and a commitment to quality work
- Road construction or subdivision experience highly regarded
- Additional RII tickets & experience highly regarded
