We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Procurement Support Officer to support our clients procurement and purchasing activities across the region.
About the Role
In this fast‑paced and customer‑focused position, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality procurement support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Your work will help ensure that materials, goods and services are ordered efficiently and that procurement processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
As the Procurement Support Officer, you will:
- Deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact for procurement‑related enquiries, feedback and guidance.
- Provide purchasing, administrative and contract management support to team members, clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with procurement projects, including researching alternative processes, evaluating options and preparing reports.
- Coordinate the ordering of materials and process purchase orders, work orders, field release orders and other documentation needed for regional operations.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are organised, service‑driven and able to work accurately in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with a diverse range of stakeholders are essential.
