Protech are currently looking for Qualified Electricians to start at a major commercial projects in Brisbane CBD and surrounds for an immediate start.
We have multiple openings available for ongoing work.
In this role, your responsibilities may include rough ins, fit offs, testing and commissioning of commercial office fit outs of a high rise building in the Brisbane CBD, Redland bay and Logan areas.
Candidates must have a current and valid QLD Electrical Licence and CPR / LVR qualifications.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate start available
- $60 per hour plus penalties and allowances
- Monday – Friday 6:30am-3pm (Overtime Available)
- Above award pay rates
- 2-3 month project
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute electrical aspect of Commercial Office fit outs
- Rough ins and fit offs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete projects on time.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems as needed.
TICKETS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Construction white card
- Valid QLD Electrical License and CPR/LVR certifications
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring and safety protocols
- Able to problem solve and have attention to detail
- Drivers licence & reliable transport
- Able to pass a drug & alcohol test and pre-employment medical
