Todd joined the Protech team in March 2016 after 8 years working with one of Australia’s largest workforce services companies. Prior to that Todd’s grounding was with multinational providers Adecco and Manpower. Todd has been exposed to all facets of the workforce services industry including temporary, contract and permanent supply. In addition Todd is well versed in complimentary fields including training & assessment, project management, safety systems and workforce management. 

Todd has a diverse skill set combining tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, OH&S, Training & Assessment, Project Management and Leadership with over twenty years of practical experience. As COO of Protech Todd’s key accountabilities are to ensure that our brand promise is delivered in every engagement with our valued clients and employees. Todd achieves this by guiding the operational business units and continually seeking to improve the manner in which our service is delivered.

Todd has a passion for performance and loves the to meet customer challenges head on. Todd believes in true value that the Protech service can deliver for our clients and will always endeavour to keep the needs of our customers at front of mind.
