Protech are currently seeking motivated and reliable Civil Labourers to join our team, with multiple positions available across a range of exciting projects throughout Adelaide. Whether you’re experienced or looking to grow your career in civil construction, this is your opportunity to get your foot in the door with industry-leading clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Site preparation including trenching, digging, and compacting
- Assisting with roadworks, concreting, and drainage installation
- Operating small plant and equipment (e.g. plate compactors, jackhammers)
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Assisting tradespeople and machine operators
- Manual handling of construction materials (pipes, formwork, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Following safety procedures and reporting hazards
What We’re Looking For
- White Card – essential
- Experience in civil construction, roadworks, or infrastructure projects
- Plant tickets and operating experience (highly advantageous)
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing
