To increase our knowledge and experience in this sector, in 2019 Protech acquired Trades and Labour Company Pty Ltd – a business that has provided highly skilled mining and maintenance professionals nationally since 2011, and now forms the core team of the Protech Mining and Maintenance division.

Protech’s New to Industry Mining Programs are specifically designed for people seeking an exciting, new and stable career in the mining industry. Conducted at Protech’s Training Facilities located in Mackay (Queensland) and Muswellbrook (New South Wales), the programs utilise a highly-realistic replica of the Caterpillar 793F, allowing candidates to be exposed to a range of scenarios in the safety of a controlled environment. Our New to Industry Mining Programs connect our clients with candidates that are Protech Certified and ready to hit the ground running on a fully operational mining site.
