SSE Site Supervisor Drive-in Drive-out | 2:1 Roster | WA Regional
We are seeking a capable and hands-on SSE / Site Supervisor to lead a small, multi-disciplinary team at site on a 2:1 roster (DIDO).
This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor ready to step into a Site Senior Executive (SSE) responsibility, overseeing safe and efficient operations in a tight-knit team environment.
The Role You will take accountability for site safety, compliance, and daily operations, leading a team of 6–10 personnel including plant operators, lab technicians, and camp support (cook).
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfil SSE statutory obligations and maintain site compliance
- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring productivity and safety targets are met
- Supervise and support a team of operators, lab techs, and camp staff
- Drive a strong safety culture and hazard management practices
- Coordinate maintenance, production, and logistics activities
- Monitor site performance and report to senior leadership
- Ensure site standards across WHS, environmental, and operational systems
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role in Civil and earthmoving
- Eligible for or currently holding SSE / Section 26 certification (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage small, diverse teams
- Practical, hands-on approach with solid decision-making capability
- Good understanding of WHS and regulatory requirements in WA
- Comfortable working in remote, rostered environments
