Customer Administration Representative

We are seeking an organised and client focused Customer Administration Representative to support operations within a fast-paced e-waste environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Coordinate service bookings and maintain accurate records of asset movements
• Prepare reports, invoices, and relevant documentation
• Support day to day administrative functions and data entry
• Liaise with internal teams including operations, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate customer and operational information within internal systems
• Assist with process improvements and general team support tasks

About the Role
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a high level of customer service while supporting operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
