Civil Construction Workers & Plant Operators
Multiple Opportunities | Major Projects | Townsville & Regional QLD
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Civil Construction Workers and Plant Operators to join our team across a range of major infrastructure projects.
About the Role
You will be working on a key project at the Townsville Flight Training Academy (TFTA), located on Hervey’s Range (approximately 50km from Townsville), with project duration estimated at 4–6 months, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Erecting fencing
- Installation of signage
- Bollard installation
- Lighting installation
- Machinery spotting
- General labouring and roustabout activities
Opportunities Available
- Civil Construction Workers (CW1 / CW2 depending on experience)
- Civil Plant Operators (Various Machinery; Roller, Excavator, Backhoe, HC/MC Operators, Graders, Pavers etc.)

About You
- Previous Experience in Civil Construction or Similar Roles
- Current Tickets and Licences (Highly Regarded for Operators)
- Strong Safety Focus
- Ability to Work as Part of a Team in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Reliable Transport
- White Card
- Ability to Pass Drug Screen
- 2x Contactable Working References
