Protech are looking for experienced AO3 Business Support Officers to perform work with our client, located in Brisbane. This is an initial 4-month contract with rolling contract extension options available.
The position involves coordinating tasks and team activities, managing emails, data entry, preparing documents, and providing support to projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate start date available
- Casual contract
- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
- Queensland State Government
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing a high number of labour costing entries with being able to work both in a team and independently
- Effective communication skills in responding to internal queries via email, phone and Microsoft applications
- Clearly communicate to liaise effectively with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Manage priorities across multiple teams
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience working with and supporting multiple stakeholders
- Intermediate Excel skills, Adobe PDF skills required
- Ability to undertake general administration functions as required
- Drivers licence & reliable transport
- Min 3 years experience in administrative roles
