Protech is seeking an experienced Leading Hand with an MR Licence to support and guide crews on civil and maintenance projects across Adelaide. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, safety‑focused, and confident coordinating daily site tasks while working alongside the team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Immediate start available
Casual with strong potential for ongoing work
Monday to Friday with overtime available
Competitive pay rates + penalties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support small crews on civil and maintenance works
Assist with roadworks, drainage, and site preparation
Coordinate daily tasks to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard‑free work environment
Liaise with supervisors and ensure team adherence to safety standard

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Construction White Card
MR Licence (minimum requirement)
Previous experience in civil, construction, or maintenance labouring
Demonstrated experience working as a Leading Hand or stepping into a leadership role
Strong communication skills and ability to guide a small team
Solid work ethic and commitment to safety
