CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – TOOWOOMBA
 
Protech are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative
 
This position is for front counter customer service and telephone customer service, working within the building industry  
 
ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Immediate start
  • Training provided (industry specific)
  • Salary – $60K plus super 
  • Monday – Friday 38 hours per week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to the following

  • Customer Service
  • Customer Accounts Management
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive manner
  • Working on internal computer data base systems, Microsoft Office and Accounting systems
  • Processing payments, managing accounts and purchase orders
  • Responding to emails and product enquiries

 
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative  
  • Competent with computer systems
  • Experience with purchase orders and managing accounts
  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Open C Class Licence (Must Have)
