Civil Supervisor – Civil Construction
Location: Kakadu or Alice Springs region, NT
Point of hire Darwin or Alice Springs
Protech is a leading workforce solutions provider across trades, civil, construction, and industrial sectors throughout the Northern Territory. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee key infrastructure projects in Darwin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable construction company delivering high profile civil and construction works.
What You’ll Be Doing: As a Civil Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing on site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Your duties will include:
Site Management: Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This is a hands on role based on remote sites.
Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, report on timelines, and resolve any on-site issues.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce WHS policies and procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a safe working environment.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in civil NT projects
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Construction, Building, or Project Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
