Protech are looking for Experienced Civil Labourers that have a HR or MR Truck Licence to perform work on major projects throughout the Gold Coast with a number of the biggest names in the civil industry. Positions will be ongoing for the duration of the projects, then on to the next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Major Gold Coast civil projects
- Variety of labouring roles and tasks + truck driving
- Positions will be commencing over the coming weeks
- Casual ongoing positions
- Mon – Fri. Occasional Saturday.
- $38 – $53p/h based on site/client (inclusive of casual loading) + penalties & allowances
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the construction and maintenance of pavements
- Assisting trades and operating tools under supervision
- Truck driving to site, around site and between sites
- Assist with formwork preparation, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete kerbs
- Landscaping – soil preparation, turfing, planting, edging
- General labouring tasks
- Demolition and general site clean-up
- Assisting with earthworks and excavation
- Pipe laying, concreting and other civil infrastructure tasks
- Set up & and dismantle on-site equipment
- Maintain a safe & clean work environment
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Construction white card
- MUST have MR or HR Truck Licence
- RII tickets a great advantage
- Drivers licence & reliable transport
- Min 1 year/s exp within Civil Industry
Must be able to pass D&A testing and medical.
MUST be living local on the Gold Coast.
