We are building our Civil Labourer Talent Pool ahead of a busy post–wet season period. Multiple civil and infrastructure projects across Cairns and FNQ are scheduled to ramp up over the coming months, and we are preparing now to ensure we can place workers quickly once works begin.

What’s Coming Up After Wet Season
We are expecting demand for:
- General Civil Labourers
- Concreters & Formwork Labourers
- Plant Operators (if ticketed)
- Traffic Controllers with civil experience
These projects will offer a mix of short-term and ongoing work for reliable workers.

About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Previous civil labouring experience (preferred)
- White Card
- Reliable transport
- Strong attitude towards safety
- Availability to commence after wet season
Tickets such as Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, Traffic Control etc. are highly regarded.
