Protech is seeking experienced, multi‑skilled All Round Civil Operators for immediate starts on a major NT highway upgrade project. This is a long term remote opportunity on a large scale road construction project with consistent hours and strong earning potential.
This role suits operators comfortable across multiple machines used in road upgrades and bulk earthworks, looking for stable work.

- Double time paid after 56 hours

The Work: Operators will be involved in continuous highway construction activities including:
- Bulk earthworks and road formation
- Trimming, widening and sealing preparation
- Operating a range of civil plant across shifting tasks as required
Plant & Machinery:
- Graders
- Dozers
- Excavators
- Loaders
- Bobcats / skid steers
- Rollers and general support plant
Requirements:
- Strong background in civil road construction
- Multiple plant tickets with proven experience
- Ability to operate confidently across different machines
- Construction White Card
- Ability to pass D&A testing
- Relevant licences (HR highly regarded)
- Willingness to work a remote 2:1 roster
