Protech are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Front End Loader Operator to join a leading asphalt production team based in Mile End. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work.
If you have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or asphalt environment and take pride in safety, quality, and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a front-end loader to support asphalt batching plant operations
- Managing materials, plant, and stockpiles to maintain production flow
- Coordinating with the Production Supervisor to meet daily production targets
- Maintaining plant, equipment, and site cleanliness
- Identifying and resolving day-to-day operational issues
- Conducting safety checks, hazard identification, and risk assessments in line with procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Front End Loader Ticket (or VOC) – essential
Proven experience operating loaders in asphalt, quarry, or manufacturing environments - Ability to perform light manual handling tasks
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Reliable, proactive, and able to follow instructions
