- 5/2 Roster
- Causal Role (3 months intially)
- DIDO only

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the QLD IT Team Leader (and with regular liaison with the Newlands Commercial Manager) you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support and expert advice across a range of standard software products and installed infrastructure.
- Apply your technical expertise and a strong methodical approach to resolve system issues and achieve maximum uptime.
- Manage third party service providers, vendors and business users to deliver effective and efficient IT services, and at times may act as the technical lead for site-based IT projects.
- You will actively support the onsite IT budget and allocation of IT resources.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Industry qualifications (MTA/MCSA/MCSE) are desirable but not essential
- Demonstrate experience in a similar role
- Ability to obtain a Health Assessment (Coal Board Medical)
