Protech are looking for Civil Labourers with MR/HR truck licence to work for a Roads and Maintenance company within their Earthworks crew
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate start available
- Rates start from $42.95 per hour, plus additional allowances (inclusive of casual loading)
- Fortnightly pay – 76 hour fortnight
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manual excavation and trenching
- Shovelling, raking, spreading and compacting materials
- Installing erosion and sediment controls
- Keeping the work-site clean and safe
- Assist with earthmoving and civil construction tasks through the operation of plant and equipment where required
- Assisting with general road maintenance duties as required
- Ensuring all work is completed and to a high standard
- Adhering to company safety policies and procedures
TICKETS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous labouring experience on road maintenance and civil crews
- Cert III Civil Construction
- RII Roller ticket
- Valid MR / HR Truck licence – preferred but not essential
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Good communication skills and team attitude
- Successful applicant will be required to complete and pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
