Are you an experienced Production Operator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company?
We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Production Operators to join a busy team based in Cardiff.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a supportive workplace that values safety, teamwork, and continuous development.
Available shifts:
- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday – 8PM TO 4AM
About the Role
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products throughout the site.
- Assist with general production, warehousing, and housekeeping duties as required
- Perform quality checks and maintain safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Valid drivers licence and transport
- Valid forklift ticket with experience
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and reliable.
