MR/HR Truck Drivers
Protech is currently seeking MR/HR Truck Drivers to join a leading asphalt crew based in Mackay. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for ongoing work within the road construction industry, with competitive rates and the opportunity for both local and away projects.
Day Shift: $38 – $50 per hour
Night Shift: $52 – $65 per hour
Rates dependent on experience
Local and Living Away From Home Allowances applicable
Essential Requirements
- Current MR or HR Licence (or above)
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work away from home as required
- Availability for day and night shifts
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous asphalt industry experience (desirable)
Successful Applicants Must Be Able To
- Work extended hours when required
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety requirements
