- Road Construction Workers / Labourers
- HR Truck Drivers
- Roller Operators
- Machine Operators
- Road Maintenance Operators
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain roads, bridges, and signage
- Operate heavy machinery and tools safely
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and efficient roadways
- Ability to work away from home when required
What We’re Looking For
- Construction White Card
- Reliability
- HC, HR or MR licence & reliable transport (Desired)
- Roller ticket (other machinery tickets advantageous)
- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical
- Flexibility to work away from home
