Team Leader – Warehouse (Geebung, QLD)
Protech is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Warehouse team at a reputable manufacturing facility based in Geebung (QLD 4034). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for consistent, ongoing work within a supportive environment, with potential for long-term career growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining warehousing responsibilities with team supervision, coaching, and continuous improvement.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate start
- Two day shifts available
- Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
- $39.88+ per hour
- Penalties and Overtime Available
- Based in a Manufacturing Facility
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate warehouse teams to achieve daily targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and minimise downtime
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Drive accountability for performance and attendance
- Collaborate with production, logistics and leadership teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Valid drivers licence with reliable transport
- 12+ months’ experience in a Team Leader/Leading Hand role (warehousing)
- High Risk Forklift Ticket
- Experience in warehousing, dispatch and logistics operation
- Strong understanding of workplace health & safety
- Proven leadership in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
