Protech are currently seeking multiple experienced and motivated Vac Truck Operators to join a leading civil contractor on a major Tier 1 civil infrastructure project.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Vac Trucks to perform Non-Destructive Digging (NDD) works
- Working on a major civil infrastructure project
- Undertaking excavation activities in accordance with site requirements
- Conducting pre-start checks and general inspections
- Maintaining safe work practices and complying with site procedures
- Assisting crews with general labouring duties when required
- Identifying hazards and contributing to a strong safety culture
What We’re Looking For
- Current HR Driver’s Licence (essential)
- Minimum 12 months HR driving experience
- Previous Vac Truck operating experience (essential)
- Experience with Non-Destructive Digging (NDD) works highly regarded
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work within a team environment
