Civil Construction Roles – Supervisor & Leading Hand Opportunities
We’re on the lookout for skilled professionals to join our team for upcoming civil construction projects. We currently have openings for the following roles:
Supervisor
We’re seeking a hands-on leader with solid experience in civil construction, preferably with a background in TMR projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity
- Strong ability to schedule works and oversee subcontractors
- A proactive, lead-by-example approach
- A strong focus on safety and compliance
- Competence in reading and applying design plans
- Flexibility to travel and work remotely when required
Leading Hand
This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their civil construction career.
What we’re looking for:
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (highly regarded)
- Prior experience as a leading hand
- Basic computer literacy
- A strong safety-first mindset
- Ability to read and understand design plans
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when needed
