Labourer/Roller Operator

Protech is on the lookout for a reliable, hard-working Labourer/Roller Operator to join our team on a variety of civil projects across the Hunter.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

• Immediate start available 
• Casual employment – full time hours 
• Monday to Friday roster 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Operate roller machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform general labouring duties including site clean-up, trenching, and assisting trades
• Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines

TICKETS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• Construction White Card 
• Drivers Licence and reliable transport 
• Valid RII for Roller Operations 
• Proven experience working on earthworks or construction sites
• A strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment
• Immediate availability is essential
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening
