ABOUT THE ROLE
Experienced and suitably trade qualified commercial & residential construction Senior Supervisor required
6 month contract initially with future extensions
Pay Rates starting from +$65phr + Super
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Senior Supervisory skills with experience in dealing with commercial/residential construction projects
- Assist in the planning and delivery of projects through development of onsite staff.
- Estimation services to ensure efficient and cost-effective project outcomes.
- Maintain a healthy and safe work environment
- Tender and quotation documentation for building projects and prepare accurate and timely estimates, quotations and project trade packages, including material lists and construction programs.
- Coordinate inspections/surveys of building elements and construction materials.
- Participate / facilitate WHS audits & site WHS inspections.
- Ensure all job documentation includes safe work method statement or other risk assessment documentation as appropriate
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Suitable Construction Trade Qualification
- Past Proven Experience in senior Supervisory role – Commercial / Multi-Residential Projects
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar
- Construction Safety Card
- Current Drivers Licence
