Protech is looking for a Fleet Workshop Manager
In this role you will be leading heavy vehicle maintenance teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the fleet.
For your application to be considered you must be an experienced and certified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic.
ABOUT THE ROLE
– Base + super + vehicle + fuel card
– 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday
– Permanent role with 6 month probabtion
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Leading and developing the fleet maintenance teams
– Ensuring maintenance standards meet compliance and operational requirements
– Driving continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and productivity
– Building internal relationships
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
– Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
– Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a workshop or mechanical team
– Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across teams
