Protech are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for a Civil Project with our client located in Canberra.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Immediate start
• Monday–Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Civil Project Superintendent
• Coordinate daily schedules, site visits, contractor meetings, and project documentation
• Prepare reports, minutes, safety documents, and procurement requests
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain accurate records, registers, and filing systems
• Assist with onboarding of site personnel and mobilisation documentation
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Drivers licence & reliable transport
• Minimum 2+ years experience in administration, project support, or personal assistant roles
• Previous experience within civil construction highly desirable
• High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
