Protech is currently seeking qualified Maintenance Electricians to join an established meat processing facility in Riverview. This is an ongoing opportunity with excellent hourly rates, penalties, and stable shift patterns.
Available Shifts:Night Shift
- Monday to Friday (5 days)
- 10:00pm – 7:20am
- $78.00 per hour
- Penalties apply after first 8 hours
Weekend Shift
- Friday to Monday (4 days)
- 6:00am – 06.00pm (12‑hour shifts)
- Weekly earnings on this shift over $4000.00
Pay & Benefits
- High hour base rate
- Penalty rates
- Additional allowances may apply including travel & meal
Duties & Responsibilities
- Fault finding and breakdown support
- Preventative and scheduled maintenance
- General site electrical maintenance
- Working within a fast‑paced industrial environment
Requirements
- Valid QLD Electrical License
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring and safety protocols
- Able to problem solve and have attention to detail
- Drivers licence & reliable transport
- Able to pass a drug & alcohol test and pre-employment medical
