Protech are recruiting for our a new client operating in the vibrant Mackay region. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated individuals to join us.
Role: Civil Labourer
Location: Mackay – Locals only
Work days: Monday to Friday– occasional OT and night work
Duration: ongoing
Requirements:
• Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence, MR Drivers Licence Desirable but not mandatory
• Reliable transport to and from work is a MUST
• Previous experience in civil construction labouring advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with general labouring duties on civil construction sites
• Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Following health and safety protocols at all times
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to project timelines and deadlines
• Potential Away work – Meals and Accommodation provided
Skills and Attributes:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Punctuality and time management skills
