We’re chasing a strong, hands-on Supervisor to lead crews on the disaster recovery works on the Kuranda Range after damage caused by Cyclone Jasper.
This is a high-impact role offering $52.50/hr + penalty rates, working on a fast-moving project where your leadership will directly drive progress. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the front across active civil works
- Managing crews and subcontractors to hit targets
- Driving productivity while maintaining strict safety standards
- Coordinating daily site operations across multiple scopes
- Working closely with crew to meet tight deadlines
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor
- Strong track record managing teams and subcontractors on-site
- Ability to perform under pressure and make decisions on the go
- Solid work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
- Availability to work 6 days per week, including night shifts
- White Card (essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Additional civil tickets highly desirable
