What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating administrative tasks and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Accurately maintaining records and updating databases
- Proactively reaching out to customers via email and phone as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to travel to our Edward Street Brisbane office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle customer enquiries with confidence and care
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus but not essential
