Protech is seeking experienced and reliable Duct Installers for multiple ongoing commercial construction projects across Gold Coast
Current and upcoming projects include:
- Hospitals
- Commercial office buildings
- Multi‑residential developments
- School / University projects
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate starts with additional projects kicking off over the coming months
- $60 – $65 per hour
- Overtime penalties and site allowances apply
- Weekly pay
- Casual roles with opportunities to transition into permanent positions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation of Duct Work, vents, grilles, and insulation according to blueprints and specifications
- Installation of Air Conditioning units for commercial sites
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools
- Install spiral, square, and rectangular ducts in accordance with Australian Standards
- Ability to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
TICKETS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Possess all mandatory industry licenses (Mandatory)
- EWP, Working at Heights, Scissor Lift, Forklift tickets (Desirable)
- Past proven relevant experience (Mandatory)
- Own reliable transport & valid Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
