We are seeking reliable and experienced Pavement Labourers and Landscaping Labourers for ongoing work in Townsville and surrounding areas.
These roles suit motivated individuals with hands‑on experience who take pride in delivering quality work on site.

Pavement Labourer Duties include:
We are seeking an additional Pavement Labourer to assist with spotting and general labouring duties on site.

Duties include:

• General labouring duties
• Spotting for machinery
• Working alongside graders and excavators
• Boxing out and preparing subgrade
• Assisting with the placement of pavements
• Maintaining a safe and efficient worksite
• Supporting plant operators and the wider crew as required

This role is well suited to someone with experience in civil or pavement works who is confident working around mobile plant and machinery and committed to safe work practices.

Landscaping Labourer Duties include:

• General landscaping works including:
  • Earthworks
  • Turfing
  • Paving
  • Retaining walls
  • Drainage
  • Site preparation
• Operating a small excavator (If Required) and landscaping equipment
• Coordinating and assisting a small crew
• Managing delivery and placement of materials
• Reading plans, setting out jobs, and meeting project deadlines
• Ensuring high standards of WHS and on‑site safety

This role preferably suits someone with experience running small crews and delivering landscaping projects from start to finish.

• Physically fit, reliable, and hardworking
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
• Safety‑focused with a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Construction White Card (essential)
• Current driver’s licence
• Own reliable transport
• Excavator ticket (Desired)
• Able to pass a Drug Screen
• Spotters ticket (desirable, particularly for pavement role)
