Protech are looking for experienced multi-skilled plant operators to perform work with our landfill quarry client, located in Botanic Ridge on a casual to full time basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate start
- Casual role with full time hours (view to go permanent)
- Day or afternoon shift available
- $40-$43 per hour + shift penalties + super
- Excavator, loader, moxy & dozer experience is highly regarded
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate mobile plant
- Load large landfill materials into hoppers, crushers, and trucks using excavators/front end loaders/moxys
- Perform general yard cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Monitor plant and equipment performance, identifying and addressing issues
- Conduct basic machine maintenance and safety checks
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Drivers licence with reliable transport
- 2+ years experience in landfill or quarry operations
- Sales and face loading experience highly advantageous
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening + physical
