PLANT OPERATORS & LABOURERS – TOOWOOMBA/SOMERSET REGION
Protech are currently seeking “Expressions of Interest” for an upcoming Civil / Infrastructure project in the Toowoomba / Somerset Region.
Applicants living in the area of Toowoomba / Somerset Region are encouraged to apply, for example (Toowoomba,Hampton, Esk, Crows Nest, Ravensbourne, Highfields, Toogoolawah,Gatton)
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Earthworks / Civil Construction / Concrete Structures Project
- Works located in the Toowoomba / Somerset Region
- NO accommodation supplied for this project – locally living applicants only
- Attractive hourly rates on offer + overtime penalty rates and daily allowances
- Pay Rates will vary dependent on role (Rates- CW3 = $41.50 CW4=$ 43.75 CW5=$ 52.00 CW6=$ 55.00)
- Monday – Friday working hours (0630-1600 /1700) with some Saturdays worked, dependent on operational requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to the following
- Operating Mobile Plant (Rollers/Front End Loaders/Excavators/Moxy/Water Trucks)
- General Labouring
- Concrete Labouring
- Steel Fixing / Form setting
- Spotting Machinery
- Site Preparation
- Adhering to environment guidelines and controls
- Pipe laying
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (will vary dependent on roles)
- Must have Open Car licence and HR Truck Licence for Truck driving roles
- Previous experience with operation of mobile plant required and must hold relevant RII’s / VOC’s
- Previous concreting experience
- White Card – Construction Site Safety Induction Card
- Previous experience working on Civil and infrastructure projects
