Protech is Hiring Civil Labourers & Plant Operators in Western Sydney
About the role:
- Monday–Friday work + optional Saturdays
- Immediate start available
- Great hourly rates + overtime + allowances
- Onsite parking
- Supportive team culture and regular check-ins
What You’ll Be Doing:
- General civil labouring – fencing, flagging, installing signage, environmental controls, site prep & clean-up
- Spotting for machinery and working safely around services
- Supporting plant operators and supervisors onsite
- Operating machinery if ticketed: Roller, Moxy, Watercart, Excavator (bulk earthworks or final trim, including GPS)
Tickets & Experienece:
- Full Australian working rights
- White Card
- Minimum 6 months civil earthworks experience
- Driver’s licence + reliable transport
- RII or VOC tickets (essential for operating roles)
- A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to work both in a team and independently
