Protech Mining & Maintenance are currently seeking experienced Processor Trainer for our client, at a mid-sized gold project working in the gold processing plant in the Goldfields Region on a FIFO Basis
ABOUT THE ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train process plant personnel to operate processing circuits of the processing plant, including multi-stage crushing circuits, grinding, CIL, gravity and electro-winning circuits
- Develop individual training programs for staff
- Complete Verification of Competencies (VoC) where required
- Coordinate training (both in-house and out-sourced) and develop plans in consultation with production and maintenance staff.
- Provide input into development and review of training packages and programs.
- Maintain documentary evidence/training database of training undertaken including training records.
- Provision of accurate and timely monthly reports including relevant issues, trends and statistics.
- Remain informed of current legislative requirements regarding training
- Updating procedures and assisting with the creation of new procedures as required.
- Act as Process Plant Shift Supervisor in a relief capacity.
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Be an experienced / competent process operator on all stages of gold processing including processing controls and gold room operations
- Experience in a similar role and a minimum of four years’ experience in a continuous process industry, including two years’ experience as a Process Plant Trainer (preferably in gold)
- Process Plant start-up and commissioning experience (desirable)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Computer skills
- Driver’s license (C Class, manual car) (Essential)
- Certificate IV – Training & Assessment (Essential)
- Certificate IV – Leadership and Management (Frontline Management) desirable
- HRWL – Forklift & EWP desirable
- Integrated Tool Carrier Loader, Skid Steer Loader, CS, WAH desirable
