WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATOR / SITE ADMINISTRATOR – TOOWOOMBA
Protech are currently seeking a Weighbridge Operator / Site Administrator, local to the Toowoomba Region. This role will also be assisting in field operations where required such as; operation of Water Cart/Haul Truck and General Maintenance.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate start
- Monday – Friday working hours (0600-1600 /1700) with some Saturdays worked, dependent on operational requirements
- Ongoing casual role with a vision of permanency
- $40.21 per hour + overtime penalty rates
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to the following
- Usage of UHF -must have clear communications through UHF
- Operate weighbridge, which involves the processing of computerised dockets
- Receive and manage enquiries from customer, contractors and fellow staff members
- Provide clear and correct instructions to drivers
- Complete administrative duties- usage of multiple computer screens
- Handle COD (Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card and Cheques) sales including banking summaries
- Operation of Internal site based computer systems / purchasing / accounts systems
- Ability to be trained or have previous experience on the Water Cart/Haul Truck in the field operations
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must have Open Car licence
- Previous experience with operation of mobile plant is advantageous
- White Card – Construction Site Safety Induction Card (this can be obtained)
- Efficient with computer systems
- Previous experience working as a site administrator
