Civil All Round Operators
Darwin & NT Projects – Must be currently based in Darwin to apply
Protech Darwin is currently seeking experienced Civil All Round Operators for ongoing work across major Civil projects throughout Darwin and the Northern Territory.
We are partnering with well‑established civil contractors delivering Subdivisions, Drainage Works, Road Projects, and Large Scale Infrastructure.
Opportunities are available for both local and away work in the coming weeks.
Your Role
- Operating a range of Civil plant including Excavators, Loaders, Rollers, Skid Steers, Water Carts and other machinery
- Assisting with bulk earthworks, drainage, roadworks and subdivision works
- Trenching, backfilling, and general Civil works
- Supporting crews on site and working alongside supervisors and trades
- Carrying out daily pre‑starts and maintaining safe work practices
What We Offer
- $38 – $55 per hour + penalties
- $22 travel allowance
- $19 meal allowance
- Major long term Civil projects
- Local and away work available
- Temp to permanent opportunities
- Consistent hours and strong pipeline of work (50–60 hours per week)
Requirements
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Proven experience as a Civil all round operator
- Ability to operate multiple pieces of plant (tickets preferred)
- Ability to pass a urine Drug and Alcohol test and potentially a Police Check
