Civil Pipe Layers, Plumbers & Leading Hands
Darwin & NT Projects – Must be currently based in Darwin to apply.
Protech Darwin is currently seeking experienced Civil Pipe Layers, Plumbers, and Leading Hands for ongoing work across major Civil projects throughout Darwin and the Northern Territory.
We are partnering with well established Civil contractors delivering Subdivisions, Drainage Works, Road Projects, and Large Scale Infrastructure. Opportunities available for both local and away work in the next coming weeks.
Your Role
- Civil Pipe Laying and Plumbing works including stormwater, sewer and drainage systems
- Working across Subdivisions, Roadworks, and Major Civil Projects
- Measuring, inspecting and laying pipe to spec
- Backfilling and trench works
- Leading Hands to supervise crews, coordinate daily works and liaise with site supervisors
What We Offer
- $38 – $55 per hour + penalties
- $22 travel allowance
- $19 meal allowance
- Major long term Civil Projects
- Local and away work available
- Temp to permanent opportunities
- Consistent hours and strong pipeline of work (50-60hrs per week)
Requirements
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Proven experience in Civil Pipe Laying / Plumbing
- Leading Hand experience (where applicable)
- Ability to pass a urine Drug and Alcohol test and potentially a Police Check
